料理教室を行いました
ノルウェー産干し鱈を使ったお料理教室を定期的に開催しています。日本ではまだ少数のレストランでしか使われていない干し鱈です。便利なので、もっと干し鱈を使う方が増えるといいなと思います。生の魚では味わえない旨味がスープに染み込んでとても美味しいです。

We regularly have cooking class using Norwegian salted and dried cod. This material is used only in a few restaurants yet in Japan. It is convenient material for home cooking also.
